Gusto isn’t a one-and-done kind of client and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Across multiple projects, we’ve built a shared visual language that evolves without losing the plot. Different stories, same world. Each new spot sharpened the last, grounded in trust, honesty, and a willingness to push ideas further. The result: a unified brand voice that feels fresh, expressive, and unmistakably Gusto.

“Working on multiple projects together creates more trust in the collaboration, making the decision-making even faster.”

Javier, Producer

Character Development

Visual Development

By designing a cohesive set of icons and a tightly controlled color palette, we created a brand language that could scale effortlessly across multiple projects: maintaining consistency while allowing each application to feel purposeful and distinct.

>

“We leaned into icons, color, and repetition to build a system that could flex across everything.”

State

Gradients

This series focused on gradients: bringing softness, movement, and cohesion to the system in a way that still felt flexible.

Testimonial Commercial

Our relationship with Gusto gave us a rare chance to be more than designers: we became storytellers on camera. As actual Gusto users, we shared what we love about the product, helped produce and shoot the piece, and watched it take shape into a national commercial.

“They asked for a testimonial. We accidentally booked a national commercial.”
